Empowers educators to manage challenging behaviors with confidence, consistency, and calm.
Educators will learn how to, Identify the root causes of disruptive behavior, De-escalate situations, Use language and actions that redirect students, consistency across classrooms and staff teams. We’ll also explore strategies for resetting the tone mid-year and reinforcing expectations in a way that builds community and restores structure.
